Special Member Meeting-June 30th at 6pm

The HOA Board will be hold a Special Member Meeting on Tuesday June 30th at 6pm.  The purpose of this Member Meeting will be to vote on an amendment for leasing homes in Bent Tree.  All property owners will be receiving a copy of the amendment as well as a mail in proxy ballot during the week of June 10th.  We are HIGHLY encouraging everyone to use the mail in option.  There will be a Zoom dial in number for residents that would like to call in and listen from the comfort & safety of their homes.  Due to restrictions on social gatherings, we anticipate that most residents will use this function….you will find the login information below.
