Annual Dues Questions or Violation Letters?

Our annual assessments (Dues) are due every year on January 1st.  If you have questions about paying annual dues or questions about violations/fines: Sunstate Association Management Group handles our account. **Note:  Late Fee and Interest will be added to any homeowner account that remains unpaid on/after February 1st.

**Note: Purchase applications are required at the same time as the estoppel

Purchase Application/Rental Application:

A Purchase Application is required when purchasing a home in Bent Tree.

A Rental Application is required to be submitted 20 days before the beginning of a lease.

This application can be found in the Documents area of the website. Please submit this application with ample time for the background checks to be completed to avoid delays. Completed forms, documentation and payment can be sent to :

Gate Openers (Hawkshead Gate-BT2)
Bent Tree 2 HOA owns and operates the gate system.  They do allow our homeowners (not renters) in BT1 to purchase a clicker to access Proctor Rd. If you are interested in purchasing a gate clicker please email BT2clickers@gmail.com for the application.

*Please Note: Gate access is a privilege extended to the residents of Bent Tree 1, we DO NOT own those gates or the private roads that extend beyond.

Recycling, Yard Waste & Trash Pick up

Our pick up day is Tuesday (and can start very early in the morning so it is recommended that you place all bins to the curb the night before).  To schedule bulk pick up or a one-time pick up for moving boxes please call Waste Management at 941-493-4100
