Annual Membership Meeting- Dec 13 2022

The Annual Membership Meeting will have an ‘In-Person’ location, as this is the meeting that homeowners can vote on board vacancies, budget and surplus rollover.  This year’s meeting will be held at Grace Church (8010 Bee Ridge Rd) in the Children’s Hall.  This will be the building to the left.  We will open the doors at 5:30 to allow extra time for those residents that will be bringing in their paper ballots.  We will encourage homeowners to utilize the online voting system as much as possible to get their votes in early.  The meeting will begin at 6pm and at that time all voting will be closed to allow counting of the ballots.  The results will be announced at the end of this meeting.
