99 Year Special Land Use Restriction-refiled March 2021

The attached document was re-filed in the Sarasota County Clerk of Court in March 2021. This contains the original resolution (73-96) that placed certain restrictions on the land known as Bent Tree Golf Course and restricts the land from being anything other than a golf course or green space.
